Our story
Sonavora Finishes started with a simple belief: calm work creates calm rooms. Our founders came from boutique renovation and Nordic-inspired interiors, where the quiet details—thin borders, flat ceilings, measured sheens—matter more than flashy reveals. We built a curriculum that systematizes those details so any practitioner can repeat them.
Mission
To teach practical finishing methods that respect materials, reduce noise, and honor the Scandinavian palette—blue-greys, breathable whites, and durable mattes.
Method
We break work into controllable steps: inspection, protection, prep, application, and review. Each course drills a small set of behaviors until they become unthinking habits.
Timeline
2018 — Field notes
We recorded repeatable finishing patterns across dozens of jobs: when to prime, how to cut, and where rollers fail.
2021 — Curriculum
We structured modules aligned to outcomes: border control, ceiling rhythm, sprayer safety, and matte finishing.
2024 — Sonavora Finishes
We launched the brand to share quiet craft without hype. sonicvora.bond hosts our learning environment.
